Robert E. "Bob" Kleinpeter and Alan L. Schwartzberg founded the firm in 1982. Bob Kleinpeter has successfully prosecuted multiple record-setting verdicts, defended them on appeal, and regularly works with co-counsel and clients from many states.
Bob has served on the American Association for Justice Board of Governors since 2005. He’s a Diplomate in the National College of Advocacy, a Distinguished Service Award and Above and Beyond Award recipient, a member of the Founders’ Circle, National Civil Justice Institute, and a member of Public Justice.
